In a shocking discovery, an elderly couple was found dead under mysterious circumstances in their own cowshed early Sunday morning in Bilaspur district, police revealed.

The couple, identified as Rooplal, a local milk seller, and his wife Kamala Devi, resided in Chandpur village. Concerns arose when Rooplal did not deliver milk on Sunday morning, prompting villagers to investigate.

To their horror, they found the couple soaked in blood in their adjacent cowshed. Deputy Superintendent of Police Headquarters, Madan Dhiman, stated that the deaths appear to be murder, and forensic experts have been called to examine the scene. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the couple's deaths.
