The Haryana government has taken a significant step towards addressing public grievances by launching 'Samadhan Shivirs' in every district and sub-divisional headquarter.

Chief Secretary T V S N Prasad announced the formation of a 'Samadhan Prakoshth' in his office to oversee this initiative.

The 'Samadhan Shivirs' will operate daily from 9 am to 11 am to resolve issues, targeting both policy-related problems and implementation bottlenecks.

To tackle policy issues, the 'Prakoshth' will coordinate with Administrative Secretaries. Implementation hurdles will be addressed by district officials during the 'Samadhan Shivirs'.

Each session will include various district officials working collaboratively to resolve public issues on the spot.

Citizens can voice their concerns related to property IDs, family schemes, land registration, social welfare, and other matters.

Daily reports will be compiled and reviewed to ensure the efficacy of the initiative.
