Tragic Murder Mystery in Local Household: Woman and Grand-daughters Found Dead

A woman and her two grand-daughters were found dead in a house, with another woman, the mother of the girls, severely injured. Police suspect a domestic dispute and are investigating the incident. The victims include Bhanwari Devi, Santosh, Bhawna, and Lakshita. There were no signs of robbery.

In a distressing incident on Wednesday evening, a woman and her two grand-daughters were found dead in their home, with another woman severely injured. According to East DCP Alok Srivastava, authorities arrived promptly on the scene and, along with the FSL team, collected crucial evidence. Initial investigations point to a domestic dispute as the root cause of the tragedy.

The deceased have been identified as Bhanwari Devi (68), Santosh (27), and the young girls, Bhawna (5) and Lakshita (3). DCP Srivastava disclosed that the women appeared to have been assaulted with an axe; Bhanwari Devi succumbed to her injuries, and Santosh was gravely wounded. Distressingly, the two young girls were found in the house's water tank.

Officials state that there were no signs indicating robbery or theft. Bhanwari Devi's sons, Pukhraj and Ashok, reside in the same compound where the crime occurred. Police have gathered some vital clues and are confident the perpetrator will soon be apprehended.
