The individual, believed to be in his twenties, had a tattoo on his left arm labeled 'H.Deep,' with no identification documents found on his person.

Paramjit Kumar of the GRP stated that the deceased fashioned a 'patka' into a rope and tied it to the railing, indicating suicide. A red bag with clothes was found on the man's back, hinting at potential mental distress as a motive. The body will be held in the local civil hospital's mortuary for 72 hours for identification, added Kumar.
