Governor Urges Joint Efforts for a Corruption-Free Rajasthan

Governor Kalraj Mishra emphasized the need for collaborative efforts to make Rajasthan prosperous and corruption-free. Speaking at the Anti-Corruption Bureau's foundation day, he urged public servants to maintain integrity and called for immediate reporting and concrete evidence collection against corruption. Other key officials echoed his sentiments.

Governor Kalraj Mishra has called for joint efforts to transform Rajasthan into a prosperous and corruption-free state.

Speaking at the foundation day celebration of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Monday, Mishra stressed the importance of immediate action against any form of corruption and the collection of concrete evidence to ensure the accused do not escape justice. He emphasized that public servants must uphold honesty and integrity to maintain public trust in the government process, thereby contributing to an equitable society.

Chief Secretary Sudhash Pant highlighted the need for prompt decision-making and implementation by officers to significantly curb corruption. State Director General of Police Utkal Ranjan Sahoo noted the efficiency of anti-corruption offices at district headquarters and urged vigilance officers to contribute to a corruption-free state. ACB Director General Ravi Prakash Meharda pointed out that corruption severely impacts the economy, and emphasized that Rajasthan has seen significant anti-corruption actions, second only to Maharashtra.
