Probationary IAS officer Puja Khedkar has lodged a complaint of harassment against Pune district collector Suhas Diwase, an official in Washim, eastern Maharashtra disclosed on Tuesday. Khedkar, who is being scrutinized for her disability and OBC certificates, is also under question for her behavior in the Pune collector's office.

Khedkar's complaint was filed after women police personnel visited her residence on Monday. She initially declined to detail the police's visit when speaking to TV channels, stating only, "I had called female police personnel because I had some work."

The government has intervened, pausing the 'district training program' for Khedkar and calling her back to Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration for further action. Her transfer to Washim followed Diwase's report on her alleged misconduct, including improper demands and occupying a senior official's ante-chamber. The complaint will be forwarded to Pune police for further investigation.
