CBI Detains German Citizen at IGI Airport with Six Kilograms of Cocaine
The CBI detained Ashok Kumar, a German citizen of Indian origin, at Indira Gandhi International Airport with six kilograms of cocaine following an Interpol tip. Kumar was traveling from Doha to Delhi on an Indigo flight. Officials found the narcotics hidden in toy capsules. An arrest is expected.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Thursday detained Ashok Kumar, a German citizen of Indian origin, at the Indira Gandhi International Airport with six kilograms of cocaine.
Acting on intelligence from Interpol, the CBI had dispatched a team to intercept the accused, who was traveling from Doha to Delhi on an Indigo flight, numbered 6E 1308.
Upon landing at around 3 pm, Kumar was stopped at Terminal 3 and taken for an extensive search. Officials discovered around six kilograms of cocaine hidden inside 270 capsules which were concealed within two toys. An arrest is likely, they added.
