Tragic Discovery: Two Sisters Found Hanging

Two sisters, aged 19 and 17, were discovered hanging from the ceiling of their house in Behda Kodhara village, Sitapur. The police have initiated an investigation, and the bodies have been sent for post-mortem while law and order are being maintained in the village.

In a tragic incident, two sisters, Payal (19) and Muskan (17), were found hanging from the ceiling of their house in Behda Kodhara village, Sitapur, on Thursday. Authorities confirmed they were discovered by their family upon returning from work in the fields.

Additional Superintendent of Police Sitapur Prakash Kumar informed the media that the girls were hanging from a hook using the same saree. The police were alerted immediately after the grim discovery.

Evidence has been collected from the scene, and the bodies were sent for post-mortem examinations. While the police await the post-mortem report for further action, officers have been deployed to the village to uphold law and order.
