A Russian missile attack struck Kharkiv in northeastern Ukraine on Tuesday, damaging a medical clinic, according to Kharkiv's mayor via the Telegram messaging app.
Kharkiv's regional governor reported that two people were treated for acute stress reactions, and warned that more individuals might be trapped under the rubble. Earlier, local authorities stated that the strike on central Kharkiv had caused a fire.
Russia has continuously targeted the northeastern city, which is less than 30 kilometers (20 miles) from the border, since initiating its full-scale invasion in February 2022.
