Yuva Rajput Sabha Stages Rally for Restoration of J&K Statehood

The Yuva Rajput Sabha held a rally in Jammu demanding the restoration of Jammu and Kashmir's statehood. This protest coincided with the fifth anniversary of Article 370's abrogation. Despite heavy traffic disruptions, the rally remained peaceful, with participants emphasizing the significance of the issue for Jammu's future.

The Yuva Rajput Sabha (YRS), a prominent non-political Rajput organization, organized a rally in Jammu on Tuesday, advocating for the swift restoration of Jammu and Kashmir's statehood.

This demonstration followed the fifth anniversary of Article 370's abrogation, which revoked the region's special status and divided it into two Union Territories.

Hundreds of YRS members, led by President Rajinder Singh, gathered at Maharaja Hari Singh's statue near the Tawi bridge, marching peacefully to Vikram Chowk while chanting slogans for statehood restoration.
