The dispute involves the local residents' welfare association, CPWD, and the temple. Affected individuals, including CPWD workers, have been temporarily relocated.

According to an official statement, the dispute involves a plot of land between the temple, the local Resident Welfare Association (RWA), and the Central Public Works Department (CPWD). A call was received on Sunday from Dayaram, a contractual employee, stating that members of Hindu outfits had threatened the residents of roughly 18 to 19 jhuggis (makeshift shelters) to vacate the area.

The residents, including CPWD workers from various communities, have been relocated to an alternative site 800 meters away. The police are taking necessary legal action regarding the matter.
