Second Suspect Arrested in Chandigarh Grenade Blast
Punjab Police have apprehended Vishal Masih, the second suspect in the Chandigarh grenade blast that occurred on September 11. Masih was nabbed in Delhi following the arrest of the main perpetrator, Rohan Masih. The blast was reportedly masterminded by terrorists with connections to ISI and US-based gangster Harpreet Singh.

Punjab Police announced on Sunday the apprehension of the second suspect involved in the Chandigarh grenade blast incident.
Vishal Masih, from Gurdaspur’s Batala, was captured in Delhi, as confirmed by Director General of Police Gaurav Yadav.
Two suspects carried out the blast in Sector 10 on September 11. Main culprit Rohan Masih was arrested prior to Vishal. Yadav tweeted that the arrest occurred within 72 hours of the incident.
Police believe the blast was orchestrated by Pakistan-based terrorist Harwinder Singh Rinda and US-based gangster Harpreet Singh alias Happy Passia, with finances and logistics arranged by Passia.
