Russia and North Korea: Missile Technology Connection?

The Kremlin refused to comment on allegations that Russia aided North Korea with missile technology, redirecting inquiries to the Defence Ministry. Amid these developments, South Korea has issued warnings that Pyongyang could potentially receive missile technology from Russia in return for support in the Ukraine conflict. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov reaffirmed Russia's adherence to its strategic cooperation agreement with North Korea.
