Amritsar Police dismantled a cross-border drug and weapon smuggling group with 12 arrests, including the kingpin, Manjeet Singh. Seized items include heroin, pistols, and drug money. This operation revealed direct links with Pakistan and utilized drones for smuggling across borders.

The Amritsar Commissionerate Police announced the successful dismantling of a cross-border drug and weapon smuggling operation, arresting 12 suspects, including the alleged ringleader Manjeet Singh.

Officers seized 2.19 kg of heroin, sophisticated weapons, and significant drug money. A Toyota Fortuner was also impounded.

Investigations revealed the network's direct connections with Pakistan-based operatives, utilizing drones for smugglings. Ongoing probes aim to uncover further links and accomplices.
