A Hawaii-based soldier, Pfc. Dewayne Arthur Johnson II, finds himself at the center of grave allegations in military court tied to the presumed murder of his pregnant wife, Mischa Johnson. Her body remains missing, heightening the mystery surrounding her disappearance last year, according to a statement from US Army Garrison Hawaii.

The charges against Johnson are severe, encompassing accusations of killing his wife and her unborn child, alongside obstruction of justice. Intriguingly, they also involve providing false statements and involvement with child sexual abuse images, the Army revealed.

Johnson, originally from Frederick, Maryland, has been detained since August. His legal representation is unclear at this stage. Having joined the Army in November 2022, he was later positioned with the 25th Infantry Division. His legal proceedings are set to unfold under a military judge’s oversight, as the Army prepares for an arraignment and subsequent hearings.
