AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan attended the police investigation for a second day following summons over an alleged attack on a police team in Delhi's Jamia Nagar on February 10. Khan appeared in compliance with a court's order to cooperate with the investigation by February 24, during which he is protected from arrest.

Khan posted a video online showing his calm entry into the police station, without interaction. A senior police officer confirmed Khan's cooperation with the probe. The AAP MLA maintained to reporters that he was available for questioning and not evading the police.

Khan, previously present in CBI and Noida courts, accused the police of framing him unfairly. In correspondence with Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora, Khan claimed he remained in his locality, asserting his innocence in these allegations.
