Investigators, on Tuesday morning, visited the residence of the owner of the other vehicle involved, situated in Panagarh Rice Mill area. The owner and the passengers of the car remain elusive, undergoing police scrutiny.
Disregarding initial claims of eve-teasing, police upheld the theory of competitive driving as the cause, following investigations at the local Kansa police station.
