President Murmu Urged Students to Foster Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Guru Jambheshwar University Convocation

 The President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, graced the convocation ceremony of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar. Addressing the gathering, she emphasized the crucial role of higher education institutions in preparing the youth to meet the evolving global demands.

She stressed that for India's balanced and sustainable development, education and technological advancements must reach rural areas. Commending the university’s efforts in providing quality education to students from small towns and villages, she urged them to spread awareness about the significance of education in their communities.

She lauded the university for its achievements in research and its dedicated departments for Incubation, Start-ups, Patent filing, and Research projects.
