A 22-year-old man tragically lost his life after a collision with a JCB machine in central Delhi's Ranjit Nagar area early Thursday morning, according to police reports.
The victim, identified as Bobby, was riding his motorcycle when he was struck near the Shadipur Metro Station at 5:58 am, authorities confirmed. Emergency services found a JCB and a sports bike at the scene, as well as blood on the road.
Despite being rushed to Acharya Bhikshu Hospital, Bobby was declared dead upon arrival. Police are conducting an investigation into the incident, which has been attributed to rash and negligent driving. The driver of the JCB is being pursued by law enforcement.
