Teen's Allegations Spark Outrage in Kanjhawala

A serious allegation of sexual assault has emerged from Delhi's Kanjhawala area, where a 16-year-old girl claims she was raped by her 62-year-old neighbor. According to the police, the incident reportedly took place on April 8 during what was supposed to be a birthday gesture.

The accused, who manages a local furniture shop and resides in Lamba Panna, Qutubgarh village, allegedly visited the girl's home under the guise of presenting a birthday gift. During this visit, the young girl was reportedly alone, allowing the accused to commit the crime and subsequently threaten her against speaking out.

Following the harrowing episode, the teenager, along with her mother, filed a formal complaint at the Kanjhawala police station. Law enforcement has registered an FIR and is actively investigating the matter to bring justice to the victim.
