Despite Deputy Chairman Harivansh receiving 26 notices under Rule 267, all requests for adjournments were declined, prompting further uproar among Opposition members. Slogans such as 'Vote Ki Chori Band Karo' echoed through the chamber as the Chair adjourned the morning session until 12 noon.

The disruptions persisted into the afternoon session, leading to a final adjournment for the day as MPs continued to demand immediate debates on the pressing SIR issue. The Deputy Chairman also urged members to transition to digital submissions of notices via the Digital Sansad portal.
