Tragedy Strikes in Jaisalmer: Two Youths Drown in Rain-Filled Pit

In a tragic incident in Rajasthan's Jaisalmer, two youths drowned in a rainwater-filled pit. Officials reported the incident occurred in Fatehgarh's Randha village on a farm where the youths had been working.
Local police efforts to trace the bodies proved unsuccessful, leading to the involvement of a State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) team from Jodhpur. The search and rescue operation, conducted on Wednesday night, led to the recovery of the bodies early Thursday.
The deceased were identified as Mukesh Nath from Randha village and Mev Nath from Barmer district. A post-mortem was conducted before the bodies were returned to their families, as reported by Station House Officer Rajesh Kumar.
