In a shocking incident in Samastipur district, Bihar, the body of a 19-year-old woman was discovered with bullet wounds, causing an uproar among the local villagers. In response, enraged residents set fire to a private school where the alleged murderer, a teacher, was employed.
According to Sanjay Kumar Sinha, Deputy SP of Rosera sub-division, the woman, a Kothia village native, was last seen heading to a Darbhanga coaching institute. Once news of the tragedy broke, a crowd formed, blocking a major road.
The situation escalated after it was revealed that the deceased had filed a police complaint against the suspect for previous threats. Protests led to arson at the school, exacerbating the unrest. Authorities are actively searching for the accused, reassuring the community of strict action.
