Horror Unfolds: Man Allegedly Rapes Mother Post-Pilgrimage

A 39-year-old man in Delhi reportedly raped his mother upon her return from a pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia. The accused assaulted her multiple times and threatened her with a knife and scissors. Despite initial hesitation due to fear and shame, she eventually reported the incidents to the police.

In a shocking incident in central Delhi's Hauz Qazi area, police have reported that a 39-year-old man allegedly raped his mother after she returned from a pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia, accompanied by her husband and daughter.

The mother, along with her 25-year-old daughter, approached the local police station, detailing a series of assaults by the accused, identified as Md Firoz alias Suhel. The assaults reportedly took place over several incidents, beginning shortly after the family's return from the pilgrimage on August 1.

The accused, currently unemployed, had previously accused his mother of having a 'bad character' and demanded that his father divorce her. Fearful and ashamed, the complainant initially did not report the crime but ultimately found the courage to seek justice. The police have registered a case under relevant charges, and investigations are ongoing.
