In a tragic accident in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, two individuals lost their lives and two others sustained injuries after a speeding jeep collided with two motorcycles, as confirmed by the local police on Tuesday.
The accident occurred during the late hours of Sunday night on the bypass road close to Arvalia turn. According to Eintkhedi police station in-charge Ashish Sapre, the jeep first hit a motorcycle, claiming the life of one individual and injuring two bystanders. It subsequently collided with a second motorcycle, resulting in the rider's immediate death.
The deceased have been identified as Mukhtar, aged 40, and Gani, aged 60, both residents of the Arvalia area. The police have admitted the injured to a nearby hospital and are actively searching for the driver, who fled the scene post-collision.
