In a tragic incident, Gurugram police on Friday arrested the drivers responsible for a hit-and-run accident that resulted in the death of a 58-year-old cyclist.
The police identified the driver as Sahil, a resident of Jharkhand, who was operating the vehicle without a valid license.
Moreover, the car's owner, Gagandeep Nagar, is under scrutiny as law enforcement officers continue to build their case, adding charges of culpable homicide not amounting to murder against both parties.
