The workshop, held at the Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (BIPARD), served as a platform for Kumar to underscore the importance of swift scheme execution. His vision includes elevating Bihar among India's top five developed states.
Kumar also inaugurated several new facilities at the BIPARD campus and later visited the Mahabodhi Temple to pray for Bihar's prosperity, signaling both tangible progress and spiritual hopes for the state's future.
