In a dramatic turn of events, two suspects in a cow slaughter case were arrested after engaging in a gunfight with police authorities in Konch.
The police team, led by Superintendent Durgesh Kumar, collaborated with district SWAT units to capture the suspects on Tuesday night. Illegal weapons and other incriminating items were confiscated from the scene.
Both suspects, Javed and Asgar, sustained injuries during the encounter and are currently facing legal proceedings. The operation marks a significant crackdown under the Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act.
