A resident of Maradu, Aneesh was apprehended by the Mulavukkad police during a search operation at Panambukad near Vallarpadam. His real name is Aneesh Antony, and he was found staying in a residence in the area.
The arrest comes after a recent search for Aneesh by Tamil Nadu police in connection with a robbery case in Coimbatore. Aneesh, who leads a gang with operations extended to Tamil Nadu, was handed over to Ernakulam Central police, which notified Tamil Nadu authorities about his detention.
