A Rottweiler owner has been booked following a vicious attack by his dog that left a woman critically injured during her morning walk in HSR Layout. The victim, Shalini Dubey, suffered severe wounds on her face and neck, which necessitated a lengthy surgery.
Footage captured the unleashed dog charging at Dubey, repeatedly biting her, resulting in over 80 stitches. The incident, which occurred on January 26, has raised concerns over pet safety responsibilities, as the Dubey family alleges negligence by the owner, Amaresh Reddy.
Following the attack, authorities charged Reddy under several sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Dubey's family continues to deal with the traumatic aftermath, underscoring the ongoing impact of the brutal incident.
