An early morning disturbance in West Delhi's Nihal Vihar area led to the arrest of Vaish Karan Chowdhary, who allegedly fired three rounds outside a residence. The incident reportedly stemmed from a domestic dispute with his spouse.
The residence housed eight transgender individuals, including Chowdhary's spouse, who was staying there temporarily. Despite the gunfire, no injuries were reported at the scene.
Police identified and arrested Chowdhary within hours, recovering the weapon used in the crime. He was already known to authorities for his involvement in three prior criminal cases. A formal investigation is ongoing.
