A chilling incident unfolded in northeast Delhi's Amar Colony with the discovery of an injured woman, who was later pronounced dead at GTB Hospital, police disclosed on Sunday.
Authorities at the Jyoti Nagar police station were alerted early Saturday morning about the injured individual. Upon arrival, they promptly transferred the victim to the hospital, only for her to be declared deceased.
The police have launched a murder investigation, deploying a forensic team to scour the scene for evidence, while a post-mortem examination is awaited to shed light on the case.
