US Military Collaborates with Ecuador in Strategic Operation
The U.S. military, in coordination with Ecuador's forces, conducted a lethal operation aimed at dismantling narco-terrorist networks. The Pentagon confirmed that this was part of a collaborative effort requested by Ecuador to target such networks, following a similar joint operation earlier in the week.
The United States military, in a public announcement on Friday, confirmed the execution of lethal kinetic operations in Ecuador. This strategic maneuver was launched in collaboration with Ecuador's national forces, underscoring a formidable joint effort.
According to Pentagon spokesperson Sean Parnell, at Ecuador's request, the Department of War embarked on this targeted mission to further the mutual objective of dismantling persistent narco-terrorist networks that pose significant threats to both nations.
This operation follows on the heels of a similar cooperative endeavor unveiled by the U.S. Southern Command earlier this week, signifying a continued commitment to combating regional security threats.
