In a chilling incident early Saturday in Thane district, Maharashtra, unidentified gunmen opened fire at the residence of social media influencer Nadeem Khan.
Though no one was injured in the attack around 4 am in Mumbra town, Khan's car sustained minor damages. Police have filed an FIR under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Arms Act.
A video circulating on social media shows Khan confronting the attackers and accusing police of overlooking his previous warnings about threats to his life. Thane police are now verifying these claims and examining CCTV footage from the area to identify those responsible.
