Russia's Foreign Ministry condemned a Ukrainian strike on Bryansk this Wednesday, labelling it a 'terrorist attack' and accusing Britain of violating international legal norms by using its missiles in the attack.

The ministry's statement claims the strike aimed to disrupt peace efforts and exacerbate the conflict escalation.

This comes as Bryansk regional governor, Alexander Bogomaz, reported six civilian deaths and 42 injuries, though the targets remain unspecified.
