In a heartrending incident in Maharashtra's Bhandara district, two children tragically drowned in a pond located in Rongha village within Tumsar taluka. The young victims, Chandrapal Rupchand Kumbhare, aged seven, and Sarthak Sanjay Uike, aged six, went missing while playing on a Tuesday afternoon.
The next morning, the lifeless bodies of the children were discovered floating in a nearby pond. The tragic event has left the local community in shock and mourning.
Responding swiftly, the Gobarwahi Police have commenced a detailed investigation to determine the circumstances leading to this heartbreaking occurrence. The probe aims to unearth any possible safety lapses or negligence that may have contributed to the tragedy.
