Uttarakhand HC Orders Action Over Liquor Shop Protests

The directive came from Justice Manoj Kumar Tiwari, who was responding to a petition by businessman Suresh Chandra Upreti.

Upreti, who holds a valid liquor license, cited disturbances caused by protests affecting his business operations and raised concerns over potential misconduct. The court has instructed the Nainital district magistrate to resolve the matter within three weeks.
