Busting the Identity Forgers: Budaun Police Crack Down on Fake Aadhaar Card Racket

The Budaun Police have dismantled a gang suspected of manufacturing fake Aadhaar cards and documents, apprehending three individuals believed to be part of the illegal operation. The crackdown took place in the Hazratpur area, a hotspot where the accused were reportedly fabricating counterfeit identity documents.
Identified as Farman Ali from Munshi Nagla, Anuj Kumar from Uprela, and Brajnandan from Sirsauli, the arrested suspects were found in possession of a fingerprint scanner, three laptops, a hard disk, and numerous fake Aadhaar cards, as well as other questionable documents. The detainees have been reported to have deceived people for a significant period, generating illicit income.
Station House Officer Pushpendra Singh confirmed the suspects' appearances before a court and noted that investigations are ongoing to capture other gang affiliates. Further developments in the case are anticipated as inquiries proceed.
