Mysterious Death of Young Girl Near Lalit Bhawan Sparks Investigation

An unidentified girl's body was discovered near Lalit Bhawan, located on Bailey Road in the Shastri Nagar area of Patna, police reported on Sunday. The premises, known for its array of government offices, became the scene of a major investigation.

SDPO (Sachiwalay-2) Saket Kumar revealed that the girl's body was found in an adjoining lane to the office complex. Law enforcement is actively working to ascertain her identity. 'We are trying to ascertain the identity of the girl,' Kumar stated to the press. An on-site examination by a Forensic Science Laboratory team and the deployment of a dog squad marked the beginning of a thorough investigation.

Kumar commented on the visible injury marks found on the body and suggested that the murder might have taken place at a different location, with the body being left there subsequently. Investigators are meticulously reviewing CCTV footage from the area and examining all potential leads to unravel this case.
