Speaking at the Civil Secretariat, Abdullah praised departments for overcoming logistical challenges and emphasized the significance of this transition in enabling optimal execution of developmental projects.

Abdullah reinstated the Darbar Move in 2025, reviving a practice initiated in 1872. He stressed the importance of coordinated efforts among elected officials and administrators for sustaining governance outcomes. Key priorities include managing the Shri Amarnathji Yatra and boosting tourism, both requiring comprehensive administrative support beyond security measures.

The Chief Minister lauded the Finance Department for timely fund releases, urging departments to collaborate for successful project execution. With resource constraints and new funding avenues, Abdullah expressed optimism for significant accomplishments, aligning with commitments from the recent Budget session. He called for focus and coordination to maximize productivity within the six-month period.
