Illicit Drug Trafficking Property Seized in Srinagar
A property valued at Rs 1.20 crore in Srinagar, allegedly acquired through drug trafficking, has been confiscated by the police. The operation is part of the Nasha Mukt Jammu and Kashmir Abhiyaan. The owner, Nisar Ahmad Sheikh, is linked to illicit drug activities, and the property includes a residential house and land.

Srinagar police have seized a property valued at Rs 1.20 crore, allegedly obtained from drug trafficking profits. This move is part of the ongoing Nasha Mukt Jammu and Kashmir Abhiyaan.
The attached assets include a fully renovated three-storey house, a single-storey kitchen block with washrooms, and land measuring nine marlas.
The owner, identified as notorious drug peddler Nisar Ahmad Sheikh, acquired the property through illicit activities, according to police investigations carried out under the NDPS Act.
