Rajasthan Engineer and Contractors Nabbed in Bribery Scandal
The Anti-Corruption Bureau in Rajasthan arrested a public works department engineer and two contractors on bribery charges. A bribe of Rs 4.04 lakh was seized during a trap set at the collectorate office in Bhilwara. Raids are ongoing as investigations continue under the Prevention of Corruption Act.

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has arrested a public works department engineer and two contractors in Rajasthan's Bhilwara on allegations of bribery.
The ACB recovered Rs 4.04 lakh, purportedly offered as a bribe by the contractors to engineer Shahzad Mohammad.
A case has been initiated under the Prevention of Corruption Act as further investigations are underway.
