Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has accused the former YSRCP government of leaving a considerable financial burden on the state's current administration. Naidu, speaking at the seventh collectors' conference, disclosed that the TDP-led NDA government inherited Rs 10 lakh crore in debts.

The Chief Minister alleged that money amounting to Rs 10,000 crore was misappropriated from 94 Central schemes by the previous administration. Naidu praised the current government's direct benefit transfer method for preventing leakage of welfare funds and improving service delivery.

Highlighting infrastructure strides, Naidu criticized the condition of inherited roads and lauded the current government’s efforts to enhance living standards. Recently awarded for his business reforms, Naidu acknowledged the collective efforts of officials and ministers, aiming to attract more investments to the state.
