A 28-year-old man was killed and another injured after a speeding SUV crashed into an electric pole in Greater Noidas Knowledge Park area, police said on Sunday. According to the police, the accident took place under the Knowledge Park police station area at 10.58 pm on Friday when the speeding Scorpio rammed into the roadside electric pole.

Both men were residents of Aligarh and had completed their BTech degrees from a private college in Greater Noida. A purported video of the accident circulated widely on social media on Saturday. The footage allegedly shows the speeding Scorpio spinning multiple times on the road after crashing into the electric pole.
