The firm, led by Suhail Khan of Sofia Educational and Welfare Society, is accused of billing DUSIB for non-existent employees, leading to significant financial losses.
Following a thorough investigation revealing false attendance and payroll records, an FIR has been lodged, spotlighting widespread fraudulent practices in shelter management contracts.
