Operation Nest Wrecker: Punjab Police Arrest Key Suspects in Double Murder Case

Punjab Police, in collaboration with central agencies, have arrested three suspects from the Indo-Bhutan border in connection with the Batala double murder case. The suspects, linked to fugitive gangster Happy Jatt, were caught while attempting to flee to Bhutan. Investigations are ongoing to unravel the conspiracy behind the crimes.

Punjab Police, alongside central agencies, successfully arrested three primary suspects in the high-profile Batala double murder case. They were apprehended at the Indo-Bhutan border in West Bengal during an escape attempt, informed DGP Gaurav Yadav.

The captured individuals, identified as Jatin Singh, Sajandeep Singh, and Mehakdeep Singh, were allegedly under the direction of overseas gangster Happy Jatt. One suspect, Jatin Singh, harbors a criminal record involving serious offenses.

The operation, codenamed 'Operation Nest Wrecker', was executed by Punjab's Anti-Gangster Task Force and other intelligence groups. Investigations continue to identify further links and collaborators in this case.
