Tragic Road Accident Claims Life of CRPF Jawan

A CRPF jawan, Vishnu Popat Shelke, tragically died in a road accident in Beed district. His motorcycle was struck by a tempo on the Beed-Ahilyanagar highway. Shelke, who was on leave from his posting in Madhya Pradesh, was on his way to meet friends when the accident occurred.

A tragic road accident in Ashti tehsil of Beed district claimed the life of a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan, as confirmed by police officials on Monday.

The deceased, Vishnu Popat Shelke, was fatally injured when his motorcycle was struck by a tempo on the Beed-Ahilyanagar national highway at Santoshi Mata Chowk in Dhanora on Sunday.

Shelke, who was on leave from his deployment in Madhya Pradesh, was preparing to return to duty shortly and was en route to meet friends when the accident occurred, authorities reported.
