Putin says Ukraine deliberately hit dormitory in Luhansk

​Russian ‌President Vladimir Putin said ​on Friday ‌that Ukrainian forces deliberately struck a student dormitory ‌in the Russian-controlled ‌Luhansk region overnight.

Putin said at least six ⁠people ​were ⁠killed, 39 injured and 15 ⁠reported missing, as emergency ​teams continued rescue ⁠efforts at the scene.

He characterised ⁠the ​incident as a terrorist ⁠attack, accusing Ukraine of intentionally ⁠targeting ⁠civilians.
