Kerala's Ambitious Anti-Corruption Initiative: Project Zero

Kerala's Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala launches 'Project Zero', a sweeping anti-corruption drive to eliminate corruption across all levels of state administration. By ensuring public participation and stronger vigilance, the project aims at transforming Kerala into a corruption-free state where government services are provided without bribes.

In a bold move to combat corruption, Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala announced 'Project Zero' on Tuesday, an anti-corruption initiative aimed at uprooting corruption through public involvement and enhanced vigilance measures.

Speaking at the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau headquarters, Chennithala emphasized the government's ambition to turn Kerala into a corruption-free state. He highlighted that the project intends to provide government services without the need for bribes and aims to significantly reduce incidences of corruption.

He assured that systems will be in place for citizens to report corruption confidentially, and vigilance over corrupt officials will be intensified. Updated measures will also tackle cyber crimes and digital corruption, ensuring preventative actions against corruption at its source.
