Uttar Pradesh Man Detained for Alleged Comments on Lord Ram

In the Saharanpur district of Uttar Pradesh, authorities apprehended Govind Sardar for allegedly sharing controversial comments pertaining to Lord Ram on social media. The arrest followed a complaint by Jiten Sachdeva, who claimed that Sardar made the remarks on his Facebook page.
As per the statements from HN Singh, the station house officer of Kotwali Dehat, the accused has been charged under relevant sections of the Information Technology Act. Following directives from the senior superintendent of police, a dedicated team was assembled to execute the arrest.
